Terms & Conditions for Smart Painter Referral Program
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Smart Painter Referral Program, where referrers can earn a referral bonus of up to ₹1000 or 10% for every successful referral.Minimum amount must be 20000 or above. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to all customers of Smart Painter who have previously availed of our services.
1.2. Referees (people being referred) must be new customers who have never used Smart Painter’s services before.
1.3. Both referrer and referee must reside in locations where Smart Painter offers its services.
2. How the Referral Program Works
2.1. The referrer shares a unique referral code or link provided by Smart Painter.
2.2. The referee must mention the referral code at the time of booking Smart Painter services.
2.3. Once the referee’s painting service is completed and payment is fully made, the referrer becomes eligible for the referral bonus.
2.4. Referral bonuses are capped at ₹1000 per successful referral.
3. Reward Details
3.1. The referrer will receive up to ₹1000 for each successful referral.
3.2. The referral bonus may be provided in the form of:
- Direct cashback
- Discount on future services
- Gift vouchers
3.3. The specific bonus type and value will be determined based on the value of the service availed by the referee.
3.4. There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make, but each referral must meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Restrictions
4.1. The referral code must be used by the referee during the initial booking; codes provided after booking will not be accepted.
4.2. Self-referrals (where a customer refers themselves) are strictly prohibited.
4.3. Referrals through spam, fake accounts, or any fraudulent means will be disqualified, and Smart Painter reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
4.4. In case of any dispute, Smart Painter’s decision will be final and binding.
5. Reward Fulfillment
5.1. Referral bonuses will be processed within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 15-30 days] after the referee’s service is completed and payment is confirmed.
5.2. If the referee cancels the booking or fails to complete payment, the referrer will not be eligible for the bonus.
5.3. Referrers must provide valid bank or payment details to receive the bonus, where applicable.
6. Modification and Termination
6.1. Smart Painter reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. If the Program is terminated, pending rewards will still be processed as per the terms applicable before termination.
6.3. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be updated on our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
Smart Painter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the Referral Program.
